John Fitzsimmons

John Fitzsimmons is a seasoned professional in property management with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Commercial Property Management at LeFrak since June 2021, John previously held significant roles including Vice President of Property Management at CIM Group, Executive Vice President at APF Properties, and Real Estate Manager at CBRE, Inc. John’s career in property management began at Tishman Speyer, where roles included Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager. Prior to entering the commercial sector, John served in the United States Marine Corps, retiring at the rank of LtCol in June 2022. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Finance from the University of Delaware.
