Ray Kawas

Ray Kawas has a diverse work experience primarily in the field of commercial leasing. Ray started their career at Alliance Transfer in 2009 as a Project Manager. In 2012, they joined LeFrak and initially served as a Lease Administrator. Ray then progressed to the role of Commercial Leasing Manager in July 2014. Subsequently, they became an Associate Director of Commercial Leasing from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director - Commercial Leasing at LeFrak.

Ray Kawas attended Saint Joseph's University in 2008 but did not complete a degree or field of study. From 2009 to 2012, Ray studied at the University of Maryland and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Economics.
