Stephanie Shrewsbury is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust background in recruitment and management. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at Left Field Labs since July 2021, Stephanie leads initiatives focused on innovative solutions that enhance human experiences. As President of Shrewsbury Solutions since September 2020, Stephanie is dedicated to transforming the hiring process by deeply understanding clients’ businesses and candidates’ goals. Previous roles include Direct Hire Consultant at Spencer Reed Group and Director of Recruiting at Paydayz Staffing Solutions, among others. Stephanie's academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Emporia State University and an Associate of Arts in Journalism from Colby Community College.
