Michael Zimmer was first appointed with the resolution of the AGM on August 19, 2020, and the entry of LEG Immobilien SE in the commercial register took effect on March 11, 2021. He is appointed until the end of the Annual General Meeting in 2022, which resolves on the discharge for the first financial year of LEG Immobilien SE.
