Nicole Bradick

Nicole Bradick is the Founder and CEO of Theory and Principle, a legal and justice technology product design and development agency established in January 2018, dedicated to enhancing the legal experience through custom web and mobile applications. Currently advising for LEGA and Paladin, Bradick previously served as Partner and Chief Strategy Officer at CuroLegal, a legal innovation firm, from January 2015 to December 2017. As the founder of Custom Counsel, a freelance legal network acquired by CuroLegal in 2015, Bradick provided project-based legal support through a nationwide team of independent legal professionals. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Strategic Initiatives at Potomac Law Group and Attorney at Murray Plumb & Murray, as well as clerkship at the United States Bankruptcy Court.
