Laura Buzzell

Laura Buzzell is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as a Mental Health Practitioner at Legacy Behavioral Health Services and as a Certified Peer Specialist at Martin County Mental Health Court. Additionally, Laura has a longstanding role as a Co-occurring Therapist at both Northeast Treatment Centers and Progressions Behavioral Health Services Inc. Since 2010, Laura has pursued higher education at Grand Canyon University, culminating in a Bachelor's Degree in Substance Abuse and Chemical Dependency, a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling, and ongoing studies toward a Doctor of Science in Counseling Psychology. Through volunteer efforts at Pocketful of H.O.P.E. and previous roles such as Counselor/Addiction Specialist at Just Believe Treatment Center, Laura has demonstrated a commitment to helping individuals recover from addiction.
