Kathaleen Wolfe serves as Continuous Improvement Manager at Legacy Cabinets since October 2022. Previously, Kathaleen held various roles at Tru Cabinetry, including Assembly Production Manager and Department Lead, contributing to significant improvements in employee retention, production efficiency, and on-time shipment rates. Notable achievements include the implementation of Kanban and Visual Management Systems, overseeing a team of 40 across multiple departments, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards. Kathaleen successfully completed the Fred Pryor Course of Women in Leadership and maintains a High School Diploma from Heritage Christian School.
