Shannon Watson

Shannon Watson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the kitchen and bath industry. Serving as President of The Green Tree Group since February 2009, Shannon leads a team focused on selling and marketing Legacy Cabinets to a wide network of national dealers and contractors, emphasizing cost-saving solutions and sales growth. In parallel roles at Legacy Cabinets, Shannon has established key partnerships throughout the Southwest, enhancing distribution channels. Previously, Shannon held the position of Executive Vice President at Republic Industries, building a dynamic sales team and overseeing marketing programs, and served as Senior Vice President at Leedo Cabinetry, managing sales and marketing initiatives for the Multi-Family channel. Shannon's career began as General Manager at American Woodmark from 1991 to 2000, following the completion of a degree at Wake Forest University in 1988.
