Dan Henkoff, MA, MBA, is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in healthcare and project management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Legacy Community Health since May 2021, Dan has successfully managed multi-clinic pilot testing, enhancing patient identification and streamlining workflows. Previously, Dan worked with Hagerty Consulting as a project-specific response professional, coordinating public health initiatives, and contributed as an administrative intern at Houston Methodist, where the development of process maps projected significant cost savings. Dan's earlier roles include lead analyst positions at HealthHelp, quality improvement specialist at Commonwealth Care Alliance, and various research and policy positions, reflecting a strong background in data analysis and improvement strategies. Dan holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Rice Business and an MA in Political Science from Northeastern University.
