Ingrid Little

Ingrid Little, MPA has over 18 years of experience in various healthcare organizations. Ingrid started their career in 2002 at Harris Health System as an Eligibility Specialist and later became a Financial Counselor. In 2012, they joined San José Clinic as an Eligibility Supervisor. In 2014, Ingrid joined Legacy Community Health as the Director of Clinic Operations, where they managed two fast-paced satellite practices and implemented a system to decrease no-show rates. Ingrid also served as the Eligibility Manager, overseeing patient eligibility processes in the Southwest Region. Ingrid has a strong track record in directing operations, managing budgets, and ensuring efficient and accurate patient access services.

Ingrid Little, MPA completed an Executive Master of Public Administration program from Texas Southern University between 2016 and 2018. Ingrid also holds a Bachelor of Art in Communication with a Minor in Medical Humanities from the University of Houston-Downtown, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012.
