Ara Nurcanyan is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Superintendent at Legacy Construction since May 2021, Ara has previously held positions as a Contractor focused on Real Estate Investments at Nurcanyan Construction and Superintendent of the Custom Home Division at Granvile Homes. Prior experience includes project administration at the City of Fresno's Transportation Department and a long tenure as a General Contractor at Nurcanyan Construction, alongside serving as a Licensed Real Estate Broker at Nurcanyan Properties, offering commercial real estate services. Ara earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from California State University, Fresno.

Legacy focuses on the development of privately financed, built-to-suit, OSHPD3 Federally Qualified Health Centers as well as medical and dental private practice offices. In addition to healthcare projects, Legacy builds restaurants, industrial buildings, and various sports facilities.
