Vice President, Talent Management And People Analytics at Legacy Health

Catherine Reynolds has extensive work experience in talent management and workforce planning. Catherine served as the Vice President of Talent Management and People Analytics at Legacy Health from 2017 to the present, where they led the development and evaluation of talent management strategies, ensuring the organization attracts and retains a diverse healthcare workforce. Prior to that, they were the Director of Employment Strategy and Workforce Planning at Legacy Health from 2017 to 2023, overseeing talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, and the hiring of senior leaders and executives.

Before their time at Legacy Health, Catherine Reynolds worked at NW Natural from 2004 to 2017. At NW Natural, they held the position of Senior Manager of Resource Management from 2010 to 2017, where they led company-wide projects and developed forecasting and planning methods. Catherine also served as the Manager of Employee/Labor Relations and Employment from 2004 to 2009 at NW Natural. In this role, they managed HR teams, led organizational transformation plans, and handled union arbitration proceedings.

Catherine Reynolds has a Master of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Behavior from The University of British Columbia. Catherine also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and Anthropology from the University of Calgary. In addition to their degrees, Catherine has obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in January 2016 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2001.
