Doug Meyer Rph

Doug Meyer RPh, MBA, BCNSP, FASHP, FOSHP has extensive experience in pharmacy services and education. Currently serving as the Director of Pharmacy Services and Medication Safety Officer at Legacy Health since September 2014, Doug focuses on monitoring and evaluating medication-related errors for improvement throughout the health system. Prior roles include Assistant Dean for Student Affairs and Assistant Professor at Pacific University, where responsibilities encompassed student leadership development and admissions. Doug also held key positions in experiential education at Concordia University Wisconsin, clinical pharmacy at Froedtert Hospital, and various roles at Columbia St. Mary's and University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, progressively building a robust foundation in clinical pharmacy and education. Doug earned a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Iowa and an MBA from the Lubar College of Business.
