Drina Simons

Drina Simons is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit development and fundraising. Currently serving as the Senior Associate Director of Development and Planned Giving at Legacy Health since December 2021, Drina has previously held key positions such as Campaign Director at GLIDEsf and Senior Executive Counsel at Ghiorsi & Sorrenti, Inc., where the focus was on directing capital and comprehensive campaigns for nonprofit healthcare clients. Additional roles include Capital Campaign Director at the National Tropical Botanical Garden and Director of Development at Mālama Kaua‘i, among others. Drina’s background also features work as a Development Consultant for various organizations in the Greater Portland Area and experience in corporate and foundation relations, public speaking, and community relations. Drina holds a B.A. in Communications from Washington State University.
