Justin Huff

Justin Huff currently serves as the Director of Medicaid Strategy and Operations at Legacy Health, a position held since June 2016, following various roles within the same organization, including Program Manager for both Medicaid Services and Accountable Care, as well as Clinic Practice Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Silverton Health from June 2009 to June 2016, where Justin held positions such as Safety and Environment of Care Officer and Conference Coordinator, and worked as Chef De Cuisine. Earlier culinary experience includes roles as Sous Chef at Blue Sage Cafe and Macadam's Bar and Grill, along with multiple positions at Schlitterbahn Waterparks & Resort. Justin Huff earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Texas State University (1997-2001) and completed culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Portland (April 2006 - January 2007).
