Keith Grimm

Keith Grimm, MBA, SPHR, has over 25 years of experience in human resources, specializing in employee relations, compensation, and benefits management. Currently serving as Benefits Manager at Legacy Health since September 2015, Keith provides HR business partner support, conducts investigations, and offers training for management. Prior roles at Willamette University included Director of Human Resources, Director of Employee Services, and Assistant Director of Human Resources, focusing on HR program delivery and executive partnership. Keith's earlier experience includes managing HR functions at Prince William Health System and supporting core benefits at Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation. Keith holds an MBA from Willamette University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University.
