Lisa Goren

Lisa Goren is an accomplished healthcare executive currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief People & Culture Officer at Legacy Health since December 2020. With extensive experience in human resources, Goren is responsible for integrated strategies across various HR functions, including organizational development, culture, wellness, talent management, and diversity initiatives. Goren has previously held roles such as Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness & Talent at Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette and Director of Organizational Development & Learning at Legacy Health.
