Monica M. Rogoz

Monica M. Rogoz, PharmD, MBA, currently serves as a Clinical Pharmacist at Legacy Health since June 2022, after completing a Pharmacy Residency. Previous experience includes roles as an Outpatient Pharmacy Intern and Certified Pharmacy Technician at Oregon Health & Science University from June 2017 to June 2022, as well as a Pharmacy Intern at Albertsons Companies from June 2019 to March 2022. Additionally, Monica completed an IPPE Community Care Rotation at Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy in early 2019. Monica's educational background includes a Doctor of Pharmacy and a Master of Business Administration from Oregon Health & Science University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Oregon State University, complemented by a high school diploma from Tigard High School.
