Nick Montalbine is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management, people analytics, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Talent and People Analytics at Legacy Health, Montalbine focuses on converting data into strategic insights to improve workforce retention and development for 12,000 employees. As the Founder and President of Montalbine Consulting, Montalbine advises executives on leadership growth and cultural shifts. Previous roles include significant positions at Nike, Anthem, CIT, and Textron, where Montalbine led strategic initiatives, optimized workforce efficiency, and drove large-scale organizational changes. Montalbine holds an MBA from Babson College and a BS from Purdue University.
