Rose Lee

Rose Lee, MOTR/L, has a diverse background in occupational therapy and healthcare management. From leading and supporting rehab clinicians in rural SNF settings to facilitating sub-acute therapy services, Rose has provided individualized care to clients with various medical and traumatic conditions. Currently serving as an Inpatient Rehab Admissions Clinical Liaison, Rose assesses referrals for inpatient rehabilitation and coordinates admission processes with a focus on achieving optimal patient outcomes.
