Susanna Lai, MPH, is an accomplished Senior Analyst in Population Health at Legacy Health since December 2020, bringing extensive experience in healthcare data analysis and clinical quality initiatives. Previously, Susanna served as a Healthcare Data Analyst at Providence Health & Services, where responsibilities included the implementation of data analysis projects, development of quality improvement reports, and creation of Tableau dashboards for clinical leadership. Prior roles included Healthcare Data Analyst at Moda Health, focusing on quality metrics and financial analyses, and Instructor & Manager at OHSU, overseeing complex projects in healthcare technology and research. Susanna holds a Master of Public Health in Health Administration & Policy from Portland State University, complemented by a Project Management Certificate and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from Oregon State University.
