Tom Taylor

Tom Taylor is an experienced professional in strategic sourcing, contracting, and technology management within the senior living and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Strategic Sourcing and Contracting Administrator at Legacy Health since March 2022, Tom is responsible for managing the contract lifecycle, supplier partnerships, and contract implementation. Previously, Tom held the position of National Director of Technology and Project Management at Meridian Senior Living, overseeing the development of senior housing projects, and served as Vice President of Logistics and Technology at JEA Senior Living, managing IT functions and serving as the Corporate HIPAA Security Officer. Tom's earlier roles include directorial positions and operational management in various companies, showcasing a strong background in logistics, technology, and safety program implementation. Tom holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Business Economics from Eastern Oregon University, along with two associate degrees in Business Administration and Environmental Health & Safety.
