Treva Vetter

Treva Vetter has extensive experience in clinical documentation and nursing, currently serving as the Director of Clinical Documentation at Legacy Health since July 2015, where previous roles included Manager and Interim Manager of Clinical Documentation, as well as Lead Clinical Charge Capture Analyst. Prior to this, Vetter worked at Legacy Health as a Clinical Charge Capture Analyst from March 2008 to May 2015 and held nursing positions at Northwell Health and Samaritan Health Services. Vetter's career began in 1992 at Marian Estates, with roles as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, and Certified Nursing Assistant. Vetter holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing and Health Informatics, an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Chemeketa Community College, and a Master's degree in Nursing Leadership and Management from Western Governors University.
