Nica Sylvia

Nica Sylvia is an experienced Assistant Project Manager at Legacy Foundations since July 2018, overseeing construction projects related to CIDH piles, including responsibilities such as quality control, budget allocation, and project coordination. Prior to this role, Nica served as a Transmission Engineer at Burns & McDonnell from July 2016 to February 2018, focusing on transmission and distribution safety for various SDG&E projects in Southern California. Nica began a career as a Field Engineer in Cementing Services at Schlumberger from 2013 to 2016, where responsibilities included design engineering and leadership roles in safety and quality committees. Nica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, earned in 2012.
