Rusty Lucido

Rusty Lucido has extensive experience in the foundations construction industry, serving as Chief Executive Officer, Vice President, and Project Sponsor at Legacy Foundations since October 2012, where responsibilities included managing the installation of 227 shafts up to 350 feet deep utilizing various oscillators and Liebherr cranes. Prior to this, Rusty held the position of Vice President for the Foundations Division at Shimmick Construction until March 2025, as well as multiple project management roles at Becho, Inc. from June 2003 to October 2012, overseeing significant projects involving buttress shafts and drilled shafts across the western United States. Early experience as a Driller at Becho, Inc. from October 2000 to January 2003 laid the foundation for a successful career in foundation management and construction.
