Jill St. Laurent is a seasoned professional in the funeral service industry with a strong background in training, development, and direct customer engagement. Currently serving as the Head of Training and Development and Executive Assistant at Legacy Funeral Group since February 2022, Jill has successfully designed and implemented comprehensive training programs. Prior experience includes a role as a Licensed Funeral Director for Online Cremation Company, where Jill facilitated online arrangements and significantly contributed to business growth in its inaugural year. Previously, Jill held various positions at Service Corporation International, demonstrating leadership as a Licensed Funeral Director and achieving high case volumes. Additionally, Jill has experience in emotional support and crisis intervention through work with the Trauma Intervention Program in Southern Nevada. With an Associate's degree in Funeral Service and Mortuary Science from the Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service, Jill combines practical experience with formal education to excel in the funeral profession.
