Melinda Copeland

Melinda Copeland is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning several industries. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Legacy Funeral Group since April 2022, Melinda specializes in acquiring funeral homes and maintaining community connections. Concurrently, Melinda works as an Insurance Agent and Benefits Consultant at Insurance Endeavor, starting in December 2020. Previous experience includes entrepreneurial ventures as a Poshmark seller, a Substitute Teacher for the Katy Independent School District, and various roles in marketing and sales at PII Pipeline Solutions, where responsibilities included event planning and vendor management. Melinda began a career in real estate as a Realtor with CENTURY 21® before gaining extensive marketing experience in multiple roles at PII Pipeline Solutions.
