Johanna Sandqvist (Mima)

Johanna "Mima" Sandqvist is a versatile professional with extensive experience in sports management and entrepreneurship. Serving as the HIFK Stadin Gimmat Team Manager and Director of Girls Hockey at IFK Helsinki since May 2019, Sandqvist also holds positions as a health tech entrepreneur at Zinzino and CEO of Mimmi Sports. With a commitment to developing girls' hockey through roles at LEGACY Global Sports and TMG Sports Marketing, Sandqvist has played a pivotal role in selecting and promoting young talent for international competitions. Previously, Sandqvist founded 3me Oy to provide coaching services and managed various hockey teams, showcasing a strong background in sports development, management, and coaching. Educational achievements include a Master's Degree in Sport Development and Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, complemented by degrees in sports and leisure coaching.
