Micah Woody

Micah Woody is a seasoned professional in real estate acquisition and development, currently serving at Legacy Group Capital, LLC since November 2022. Previously, Micah held the position of Vice President of Acquisitions at Thomas James Homes from April 2020 to October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Development Project Manager at Katerra, where Micah played a key role in establishing the first Integration Management Office and managing cross-functional integration for multiple acquisitions. As a Project Management Consultant at PMD Consulting, Micah provided insights on expansion models and customer experience improvements. Micah’s career began at Pete Moffat Construction Inc., progressing from carpenter to Construction Manager/Superintendent and successfully completing several high-value projects. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan University.
