Roque Deherrera

Roque Deherrera is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate acquisition, urban planning, and media production. As an Acquisition Manager at Legacy Group Capital, LLC since May 2019, Roque collaborates with builders, investors, and homeowners to facilitate real estate goals through a premier lending platform. Roque also serves as the Owner of ROQ HOMES, focusing on infill housing development, and is a Co-Founder of Funculus, LLC, a media production company known for its creative projects. Additionally, Roque is the Founder of JALAMANZA, which produces a unique sauce made from fresh ingredients. Prior to these ventures, Roque held various roles, including Senior Urban Planner at the City of Seattle, where expertise in maritime, manufacturing, and real estate advocacy was developed. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate and a Bachelor of Arts in Community and Environmental Planning from the University of Washington, along with an Associate's degree from North Seattle College.
