Nicolette Ephraim

Nicolette Ephraim, OTD, OTR/L, is an experienced occupational therapist with over four years of expertise, primarily focusing on geriatrics. Currently employed at Legacy Healthcare Services since October 2021, Nicolette has held various roles in prominent organizations including The George Washington University Hospital and Spaulding Rehabilitation Network, where responsibilities included co-chairing the Health Equity and Community Outreach Committee. Prior clinical work also included advanced clinician duties at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and academic involvement as a term lecturer at MGH Institute of Health Professions. Nicolette holds an OTD from MGH Institute of Health Professions and a BS in Exercise Science from Rutgers University.
