Shane Allred

Shane Allred, CPA has a diverse and extensive work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Shane began their career as a Senior Auditor at PwC in 1985, where they gained auditing skills. Shane then worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Southmark Corporation from 1988 to 1991. Following this, Shane served as the Finance Director - Business Operations at RadioShack for a remarkable 16 years.

In 2007, they joined Avail Medical Products as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, and a year later, they joined Dave & Buster's as the Director of Financial Reporting. Shane also worked as a Financial Reporting Consultant at Union Drilling, Inc for a year before joining USMD Health System as the Director of Financial Reporting in 2011.

After their tenure at USMD Health System, Shane served as an SEC Reporting Consultant at RGP, where they provided their expertise in SEC financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and technical accounting research for major consumer product and online dating services companies. Most recently, they worked as the Director of Financial Reporting at Legacy Housing Corporation.

Shane Allred, CPA completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in the field of Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
