Mary-Anne Schelb, HHP, serves as the Regional Director of Business Development for the WMA & CT Markets at Legacy Lifecare since August 2023, focusing on enhancing census through effective communication strategies. Additionally, Mary-Anne holds the position of Chairman for the Western Mass Elder Care Conference, educating professionals in the eldercare sector. With a strong background in business development, previously serving as Regional Director at JGS Lifecare, Mary-Anne also owns Intentional Calm, providing holistic health services. Mary-Anne maintains active roles in community service as an Ambassador for the East of the River 5 Town Chamber of Commerce and as a board member of the West Springfield Rotary Club Foundation. Founded in 2019, Legacy Lifecare is a nonprofit management resources collaborative, providing small to mid-sized health organizations access to the infrastructure needed to succeed in today’s complex world. All three organizations operate award-winning skilled nursing facilities, traditional and memory care assisted living residences, and independent living across five campuses in Massachusetts.
