Felicia Wells-Williams, RN, BSN, MSN, has extensive experience in clinical services and family support within the organ procurement and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Services at Legacy of Life Hawaii since 1994, Felicia oversees all clinical operations for the organization, including family services and organ recovery processes. Previous roles include Director of Family Services, where Felicia developed and implemented a comprehensive donor family services program, and Manager of Aftercare/Tissue Donor Coordinator, focusing on bereavement support and quality improvement initiatives. Earlier in the career, Felicia held positions as Professional Education Coordinator and Transplant Coordinator, providing vital education and coordination in organ donation. Prior experience also includes nursing roles at Hawaii Pacific Health and LAC/USC Medical Center, specializing in pediatric intensive care. Felicia earned a Master's of Science in Nursing with a focus on Nursing Leadership and Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and holds a diploma in Registered Nursing.
