Don Garberg

Don Garberg currently serves as the Assistant Business Manager at Legacy Partners since October 2020 and previously held the position of Leasing Consultant at Bowman Stone Way in Seattle, aiding clients in finding homes in a vibrant community. With an extensive background as a freelance musician, Don has worked with notable artists and organizations as a keyboardist, producer, arranger, and composer since 1991. Don also founded Per Tree Music, an ASCAP-affiliated publishing company focusing on writing jazz and pop songs, along with compositions for advertising and audio media. In the realm of leadership consulting, Don has been assisting organizations in developing effective leaders and cultures since 2013. Past roles include serving as Associate Pastor at Timberlake Church and LifePoint Church, and Music Pastor at New Life Church. Don started a career in leasing and management at Irvine Company Apartments and Nordstrom, where early achievements included managing live piano performances. Don's educational background includes studies at the University of Washington and Olympic College.
