Tim Kennedy has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tim started their career as the owner of Timothy P. Kennedy, INC in 1985 and later started Waterview East, LLC in 1996. Tim then ventured into the motorcycle industry as the owner of The Motorcycle Shop from 2006 to 2009. In 2009, they transitioned into real estate as a Sales Agent for RE/MAX Heritage until 2011 when they became a partner at Town and Shore Associates. In 2014, Tim joined Legacy Properties Sotheby's International Realty as a Senior Vice President and later joined DiMillo's Yacht Sales in 2018 as a Yacht Broker.
Tim Kennedy attended Greely High School from 1985 to 1989, where they received their BG degree. Tim then pursued higher education at the University of Maine from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a BS degree in Business Finance.
