Matthew Hyder is a highly experienced property developer with over 15 years in the industry. Matthew currently holds the position of CEO at Legacy Property, a residential property development and investment company based in Sydney. In addition, Matthew serves as a Director at NAOS Asset Management, a specialist fund manager, and as CEO at Stirling Property Funds Limited, a boutique funds management company. Prior to these roles, Matthew worked as a Development Manager at Legacy Partners and at Macquarie Group, specializing in residential projects and subdivisions. Matthew is an alumnus of Princeton University and Fort Worth Country Day School.
