Legacy Resources is a West Texas mineral and royalty acquisition firm that works both sides of the table. We help mineral and royalty owners sell, and we source minerals, royalties, and non-operated interests for investment groups.

For owners: whether you hold producing royalties, inherited fractional interests, or you received an unsolicited offer in the mail, we run a competitive, transparent process so the market sets the price rather than a single letter. Offers are grounded in engineering and geological evaluation, with the math shown. There is no cost to start a conversation and no obligation to accept an offer. Choosing to keep your minerals is a perfectly legitimate decision, and we will tell you so.

For investment groups: we expand deal flow beyond your core area, including off-market interests across the Permian, Eagle Ford, and Haynesville. Sourcing can be discreet, and a grounded read on where value clears supports a sounder entry basis.

Because we both divest for owners and source for buyers, we understand how each side prices an asset, and we put that to work for the people we represent.
