Scott Duke has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, working in various leadership roles. Scott is currently the Vice President of Operations at Legacy Restaurant Group LLC. Prior to this, they worked as a Hospitality Industry Consultant at GLG and as the Senior VP of Operations at KBP Brands, where they oversaw the operation of 115 restaurants. Scott also served as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Smashburger and as the Director of Operations at Boston Market. In addition, Scott has held roles as a Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst/Staff Accountant at Boston Market. Before that, they worked at Colorado Restaurant Management and Blackeyed Pea Restaurants in various operational management positions.
Scott Duke has studied Accounting and Finance at the University of North Texas and Business Administration and Management, General at Southern Methodist University. Scott also holds a Private Pilot SEL certification from the FAA, obtained in 2015.
