Dominic Basta

Dominic Basta has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dominic began their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served for four years as a Sergeant and Logistics Manager. In this role, they managed a team of 30-40 employees, designed a new ERP database system, and maintained accountability for millions of dollars worth of equipment.

After leaving the military, Dominic worked in various positions at AppleOne Employment Services and Staffmark. Dominic then joined Moss Bros Auto Group as a Warehouse Operations Manager, where they oversaw the hiring, firing, and training of 100 employees. Dominic also implemented process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in the shipping department.

Dominic later worked as a Warehouse Operations & Logistics Manager at Clark's Construction, where they managed a warehouse with over $200 million worth of equipment and material. Dominic was responsible for operations, scheduling, inventory management, and team supervision, ensuring a 100% accuracy rate.

Most recently, Dominic served as a Warehouse Team Lead at Legacy Supply Chain, where they managed a team of 45 employees and was responsible for both inbound and outbound operations. Dominic consistently met daily goals and conducted routine audits to ensure quality and efficiency.

Throughout their career, Dominic has demonstrated strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage teams and resources.

Dominic Basta completed high school at Braxton County High School from 2005 to 2007, with a focus on excelling in business. Dominic then pursued a Bachelor's degree in General Management at the University of Phoenix from 2015 to 2018.
