Previously, Amelia has worked in roles such as Group Reservations Coordinator, Assistant Front Office Manager, Front Office Supervisor, and Guest Service Agent, where Amelia effectively communicated with guests and managed operational tasks. Amelia also has experience in quality assurance at a renovated hotel with Precedence Inc. Amelia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration/Management from Georgia State University.
