Kevin Richards

Kevin Richards has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Kevin started their career in 1978 at Winegardner & Hammons as a General Manager and worked there until 1989. Kevin then joined Prime Hospitality as a General Manager until 1992 and later joined Wilmington Hotel Ventures as the Managing Director/General Manager from 1992 to 1997. From 1998 to 2010, Kevin worked at Lodgian, Inc. as the VP of Asset Management, responsible for developing capital strategies, negotiating property improvement plans, and ensuring their timely execution. In 2011, they joined Legacy Property Group as the VP of Asset Management and simultaneously took on the roles of Chief Operating Officer and President at Legacy Ventures Hospitality from 2011 to the present. As the President, they oversee the hotel operations and provides strategic leadership to the organization.
