Beth W. has extensive experience in public benefits outreach, consulting, and community leadership, currently serving as a Paralegal at Legal Aid Chicago since October 2021, where responsibilities include assisting eligible applicants with benefits enrollment, representing clients in appeals, and addressing barriers faced by homeless individuals in accessing services. In addition, Beth W. works as a Consultant for Freedom Network USA's Survivor Reentry Project, providing support and resources for survivors of human trafficking. As a Peer Leader with the Supportive Housing Providers Association, Beth W. empowers community leaders with lived experience of homelessness. Prior experience includes public speaking on mental health topics with NAMI and project management roles in a graphic design company. Beth W. holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Northwestern University.
