Faniska Brisker

Faniska Brisker is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at the Legal Aid Justice Center since July 2022, Faniska has previously held key positions in people operations at Yay Lunch from February 2020 to June 2022, and as a Human Resources Manager at CoConstruct from September 2016 to February 2020. Earlier career roles include Employment Equity Specialist at the University of Virginia and multiple HR positions at UVA Physicians Group from August 2010 to August 2015. Faniska holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, both from McDaniel College.
