Jess Gabbay

Jess Gabbay is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, management, and education. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at the Legal Aid Justice Center since March 2021, Jess previously held positions including Rooms Operations Manager at Quirk Hotel, where responsibilities included developing Standard Operating Procedures and managing inventory for guest services. With experience as an Instructor at the Virginia Institute of Autism and Innkeeper at Oakhurst Inn, Jess demonstrated strong abilities in team collaboration, lesson planning, and customer service. Additional roles in community affairs, real estate event planning, and guest services have further strengthened operational and organizational skills.
