Libby Fulcher

Libby Fulcher has extensive experience in office management and financial administration, currently serving as both Office Manager and Financial and Administrative Manager at the Legal Aid Justice Center since 2014. Previously, Libby Fulcher worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Supervisor from May 1997 to March 2013. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Phoenix (2006-2008), along with studies in Special Education from the University of Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras (1978-1980). Libby Fulcher also pursued education at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras from 1981 to the present and completed high school at Colegion San Juan Bosco.
