Kara Harms

Kara Harms has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as the Supervising Attorney for Client Access and Director of the Social Work Assistance Program at Legal Aid of Western Missouri since August 2011. Previously, Kara held the position of Federal Rights Sector Staff Attorney at ReStart, Inc. from August 2013 to April 2014 and worked as a Legal Intern at Family Health Legal Services from August 2007 to May 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Social Welfare from The University of Kansas, obtained between 2012 and 2015, a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Kansas School of Law, completed in 2011, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Creighton University, earned in 2008.
