Joshua E. Stevenson received their Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) degree in Legal Studies from the University of Waterloo, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. Joshua E. then pursued a Doctor of Law - JD degree at Lakehead University from 2014 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as a Commissioner for Taking Affidavits from the Province of Ontario in March 2011.
