Shreya Patel has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Shreya started their career as a Web Designer at SCIT in 2017, where they gained experience in designing websites using various technologies and demonstrated strong time management skills. In 2020, they worked at Immediation as a Customer Technical Support, where they provided technical support to customers, resolved IT infrastructure related tickets, and contributed to team work and quality assurance. In 2021, they worked as an IT Service Desk Analyst at Ausitronics, where they demonstrated their skills in providing IT support. Shreya then joined The Royal Melbourne Hospital in 2022 as an Information Technology Support Engineer, where they contributed to the IT support team. Currently, they are working at Legal Aid Ontario as an IT Service Desk Analyst.
