Mary Asbury

Mary Asbury has over three decades of experience in the legal field, currently serving as the Executive Director of the Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati and as the Executive Vice President of the Volunteer Lawyers for the Poor Foundation, both positions held since 1988. Mary Asbury earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Boston University School of Law between 1972 and 1975 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Trinity College-Hartford.

For over 100 years, the Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati and its affiliate Legal Aid Society of Southwest Ohio, LLC, have been the primary providers of civil legal services in the Greater Cincinnati/southwest Ohio area.
